2. Think with LLMs

practically shows how to use LLMs to enhance strategic decision-making, including prompt engineering best practices (3 Hops, RoCoTaFo, etc), using structured frameworks (Pyramid, Happy Line, etc) and recognising LLMs' thinking blind spots (Propelling Questions, etc). Participants learn to move beyond basic queries to sophisticated multi-step reasoning that dramatically improves output quality and reliability.

3. Research like a Machine

uses AI to execute landscape analysis for strategy formulation. Demonstrates how to implement end-to-end research workflows, multi-modal models, verification tactics, etc, to aid decision-makers in developing robust, data-driven strategies. Covers the critical skill of cross-referencing multiple AI sources to eliminate hallucinations and ensure accuracy.

4. Persuade with GenAI

explores modern versions of multi-sensory storytelling with multiple frontier GenAI tools (or the in-house variants approved by the company). Image & video generation with Kling and Veo, avatars with HeyGen, data-viz best practices with Genspark, etc. Shows how to create compelling, professional presentations that capture attention and drive action.
