1. Strategize with Agentic AI

introduces the step change in capabilities that Agentic AI represents. Discusses integrating AI agents into strategic planning workflows. We focus on AI's role in data analysis, trend prediction, decision support, and scenario planning, demonstrating how Agentic AI tools can enhance strategic decision-making, improve foresight, and foster innovative approaches in corporate and competitive strategy development.

2. Stretch Your Super-Agent

covers the full surface of the frontier super-agent your firm uses (Claude / Cowork or ChatGPT Work): Skills turn a repeatable judgement into a reusable instruction set; Connectors bring live company data in directly; Plugins bundle skills, connectors & sub-agents into one package for the whole organisation. Also covers projects, memory, and scheduled & remotely triggered work, so that analysis runs overnight and lands before the morning meeting.

3. Run AI+Human Teams
