Course Description

Over 100 minutes and 17 videos, "The Strategic Mindset" introduces the markedly different ways in which people approach problem solving.

We start with the 4 Routes to Completion model, to put into perspective the relative importance of data, structure and logic, and to explain the differences between the operational, analytical, creative, and strategic approaches.

We then add a few more techniques (Therapy Analogy, Multiple Timeframes, Kinds of Logic) to examine & expand the way you think. The more ways to think are available to you, the more you'll approach any strategic issue with increased confidence.
