Course Description
Over 60 minutes and 12 videos, "Classic Strategy Theories" gives you a solid grounding in the world of business strategy theories.
This course explains the theoretical premise behind the 2 foundational theories of business strategy (BCG Share Growth Matrix, and Porter’s 5 Forces), with an exploration of GE / McKinsey Matrix as a bonus.
We cover the pros & cons of each theory, and discuss ways to use these in practice on a wide range of complex problems (strategy formulation, business unit marketing plans, change programme implementation, etc).
